Wednesday, April 3rd

8:00 am - 3:00pm Set Up
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Drop-Off

Thursday, April 4th

8:00 am - 12:00 noon, Drop-Off continues
12:00 noon - 2:00 pm, Clean up & Arranging

All volunteers, consignors & guests must have pre-sale passes.

Presale shopping begins!
2:00 pm:    Team Leaders Pre-Sale
3:00 pm:    12 Hr Volunteers Pre-Sale
4:00 pm:     8 Hr Volunteers Pre-Sale
5:00 pm:     4 Hr Volunteers Pre-Sale
6:00 pm:     Consignors & Guest Pre-Sale
8:00 pm:     First Time Parents & Guest
No pre-sale pass is required but All First Time Parents MUST register to attend. FTP's are welcome to bring one guest to help find those great bargains! CLICK HERE to register for the First Time Parent Pre-Sale
  8:00 pm:     Teacher Pre-Sale                      No pre-sale pass is required but ALL Teachers must register and bring their school ID to show at the door. CLICK HERE to register for the Teacher Pre-Sale

9:00 am - 6:00 pm: Public Shopping Day
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm: 1/2 Price Pre-Sale (pass required)

Sunday, April 7th 1/2 PRICE SALE DAY!!!

10:00 am - 3:00 pm: 1/2 Price Sale
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Sale Break down
8:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Post Sale Pick-Up

For the safety of all, children, strollers and wagons are NOT allowed during presales. During public sale days and 1/2 price sale pre-sale event, your children are welcome.

From Dallas,

Traveling south on I-35, take Exit 335B, University Parks Drive. Turn RIGHT onto University Parks Drive. You will go over two sets of railroad tracks. Follow it until you arrive at Washington Avenue. Turn LEFT on Washington Avenue. The Convention Center will be on your left, facing Washington Avenue. It is across the street from the historic Suspension Bridge.

From Austin,

Traveling north on I-35, take Exit 335B, University Parks Drive. Turn LEFT onto University Parks Drive. You will go over two sets of railroad tracks. Follow it until you arrive at Washington Avenue. From Houston,

Traveling north on Highway 6, take the Highway 77 exit going SOUTH. Follow it to University Parks Drive. Turn RIGHT onto University Parks Drive. This will be at the Ferrell Center, a golden-domed arena on the Baylor campus. Follow University Parks Drive until you arrive at Washington Avenue. (You'll cross under I-35.) Turn LEFT on Washington Avenue. The Convention Center will be on your left, facing Washington Avenue. It is across the street
